I know this forum is mostly about resin projects but I have seen people ask general how to questions here so I hope this is okay. I am based in the UAE and recently had a UAE PPC related amount deducted from my account with National Bank of Abu Dhabi. I received the SMS confirmation, but when I log into online banking the transaction is still pending and my available balance is different from the current balance.
I need to order some supplies soon and I want to be sure about the exact amount I can use without causing a failed payment. Customer support told me it is a temporary hold but did not clearly explain how I can check the real usable balance during this period.
Can someone guide me on the different reliable ways to check my NBAD balance in this situation? Is mobile banking enough or should I use ATM balance inquiry or phone banking to confirm the correct amount? I just want to avoid any payment issues while placing my next order.
