Air bubbles forming on surface of first layer

      Hi,

      I am pouring a 15×15 cm first layer with a depth of 4mm. I wait the allocated manufacturer time and pour the second 4mm layer. Both batches of resin have no or very few bubbles.
      However, I am finding that air bubbles form on the surface of the first layer when I pour the second layer on top. This issue does not occur on the other parts of the craft (e.g. the surface of the photo).
      Do I need to wait longer to pour the second layer, or is there something else I am doing incorrectly?

      Hi Maani,

      I’m sorry this is happening to you. Bubbles are so aggravating!

      I’m not sure why you are having bubbles on the first layer of resin when you pour the second layer. Is the first layer fully cured before you pour the second layer?
