GuestOur former listing agent, who we fired a few weeks after hiring because he was a disaster, allowed another realtor to use our house for staged promotional photos for his website.
We filed complaints against both agents, who work for the same brokerage and know better. I guess they figured we’d never find out and took advantage of us.
The house sold quickly, almost for asking price. It was special and we’d done a lot of work to stage it. So it was kind of a compliment in an unethical way! -

GuestA house is not just an object, but a result of investment, work and taste. In such situations, it’s especially clear how important is the honest work of a real estate photography who works with respect for the client. They show the house as it’s, but at the same time highlighting the best sides. No fake photos. Everything is done to show the value of the house, and not just take beautiful photos for the sake of advertising.

GuestYes, the situation is unpleasant, but it just shows how much influence a good photo can have. It’s sad that the photos were used without consent, but it just goes to show how valuable they are.
