A friend offered me some Xanax bars she got while traveling in Mexico. They look similar to the ones I’ve seen here, but I’m a bit skeptical. Are Mexican Xanax bars the same as what you’d get from a US pharmacy? Could there be differences in dosage or risks?

There’s definitely some variation with foreign medications. It’s always a good idea to verify their origin before taking anything.
