I lost my wonderful dad 5 months ago and would like to put some of his ashes into a ring, I would rather do this myself as it’s more personal. Where do I start?
Which resin is best for this? Have googled but there seems to be mixed thoughts, epoxy, polyester. Or polyurethane? Obviously I will practise and practise until I get it right before I even think about adding any ashes, but there’s wems to be lots of resins to choose from. I have had a go with epoxy, didn’t cure enough, polyester but that smells and didn’t stay clear, I want it to look as close to glass as I can? Help!
