I’d like to make resin knobs for my kitchen cabinets and wonder how to afix the screw to the resin? Do you put it into the resin mold as the resin is curing? Drill into the resin after it’s cured? Thank you.

Use mixed resin or E6000 (https://shop.resinobsession.com/products/e-6000-epoxy-jewelry-adhesive?variant=965320145 ) to glue the hardware on after the resin has cured.
