When someone says “the best web design company somewhere,” my first question is what were the criteria, who evaluated it, and whose opinion it even is that this or that company or studio is the best. Basically, as usual, it sounds like questionable advertising.

These days even a portfolio isn’t always enough to make that kind of conclusion. And geography of companies basically doesn’t matter at all.
