I always mix thoroughly pour etc..

The bottom/ spot exposed to air keeps coming out sticky?
Every other part is cured hard and not at all sticky.

Should I redo the mould with clay attached to bottom so none of the final product is exposed or something

I also make more than I’ll need and pour back and forth between two cups to guarantee mixing

      Hi Alex,

What kind of resin are you using?

In the meantime, this article explains why resin cures sticky: https://resinobsession.com/resin-frequently-asked-questions/why-is-my-resin-sticky/

      Epoxy.
I’m going to try a new mold but with clay or something on the bottom as sacrificial material.

It always seems to be a few millimeters past the exposed bottom.

        Hi Alex,

It’s not normal for epoxy to cure with any stickiness (for example like a polyester can). Have you read the article at the link above? It should give you some ideas as to what can be going on.
