      Hi all –

Thanks in advance for your help! I’d like to use letter beads to spell out different words in my resin coasters, but every attempt results in little tiny bubbles forming along the well of the letters, on each bead. I think I need to find a way to seal the beads before dropping them in the resin (face down)? I tried clear nail polish but the letters bled :(. I’ve read that some folks have had success with clear masking tape but have not tried that.

      Any guidance is much appreciated!

      Hi Jess,

Try dipping them in your resin, then setting them on wax paper to fully cure. That will seal the bubbles in (or out).

Once cured, peel them off your wax paper and use them in your coasters.
