I used mod podge for the glitter to stick on the cup. Then I applied the epoxy to the cup so I can put the vinyl on there. However the epoxy is bulky at the rim but settled good on the rest of the cup. The cup turner was leveled so I am unsure on what went wrong. I have been doing cups for about 6 months. I never came across this issue until now. I need any suggestions on how to fix this without stripping the whole cup.
