I’m making various bottle cap coasters. I’m just going to use lids from jars to put the caps in and pour resin in (will not be removing from lids am just going to leave in the lids) I know I can do this with metal lids but was wondering about plastic lids. Will the epoxy resin melt the plastic lid? The plastic lids I want to use are from manayaise jars, condiment jars from pizza places. Thanks for any advice and help you can give me.
