GuestMe and my family just moved to LA. We are planning to open a bakery shop not far from Los Angeles.
I know the laws depends on each state, so I want my business to be as legal as possible.
Does anyone know a reputable lawyer in LA to consult with? -
Mike
GuestOur states do indeed have different laws.
It mainly depends on location, population, industry, etc.
For example, if you opened your bakery business in Utah, you’d pay less taxes than you would in LA.
So having a good lawyer is the right move for you and your business.
My sister currently owns a couple of grocery stores in California.
I asked her if she had any problems with the law, even though all the products are legal.
The answer was short: “I did, but my lawyer took care of all the potential problems in advance”.
She suggested David Sharifi, Esq. as an experienced attorney who helps most of his clients.
Check out his website: https://techandmedialaw.com/By the way, he is in Los Angeles.
