      I am planning to start a small business in Switzerland and cannot decide which form is better – AG or GmbH. Who has experience with this?

      I looked into this issue and came across some information about Swiss GmbH on the SwissFirma website. It explains in detail the advantages of GmbH for small businesses: lower authorized capital, simpler management structure, and less bureaucracy. I liked that GmbH seems to be a convenient form for startups and local projects where there is no need to attract large investments or issue shares.
