I am very new to resin and as one of my first projects I used easy cast epoxy resin to fill a series of shallow round wooden discs to make glittery coasters. I thought they came out very well until I noticed that they would retain a concave ring if a soda can was left on them to long and one bulged in the center when a particularly hot mug was placed on it.
Can I resurface them with a layer of a harder more heat resistant resin?
If so what resin would you recommend.
