With mobile plans offering unlimited everything and VoIP options everywhere, is there still any real reason to keep a traditional landline at home? Curious how many folks have cut the cord completely.

I kept my landline bundled with internet for years, mostly out of habit. It was rarely used, but it came in handy during emergencies, especially when my cell signal dropped. Recently, I debated canceling it and had to look up the xfinity phone number to go over the options. Surprisingly, they offered a deal to keep it at a lower rate. In the end, I kept it for peace of mind.
