GuestWith mobile plans offering unlimited everything and VoIP options everywhere, is there still any real reason to keep a traditional landline at home? Curious how many folks have cut the cord completely.

GuestI kept my landline bundled with internet for years, mostly out of habit. It was rarely used, but it came in handy during emergencies, especially when my cell signal dropped. Recently, I debated canceling it and had to look up the xfinity phone number to go over the options. Surprisingly, they offered a deal to keep it at a lower rate. In the end, I kept it for peace of mind.
