Has anyone experienced slower response times or random bugs in their EMR (Electronic Medical Records) software lately? Ours has been glitchy the past few weeks, especially during peak hours. Curious if it’s a broader issue or something on our end.

We noticed this too. I think it might have to do with recent updates. Our admin mentioned some backend maintenance happening without much notice. It’s frustrating when you’re trying to chart in real-time, and the system slows down or freezes. Definitely makes workflows less efficient.
