I have just started resin molds and they have been turning out good. I tried a couple batches lately and they are bendable not solid like the others. I am careful of measuring and stirring. Not sure what happened?? Help.

      Hi Debbie,

It sounds like it might be the resin you are using. This article explains resin why your resin can be bendy: https://www.resinobsession.com/resin-frequently-asked-questions/why-is-my-resin-bendy/

If you are using beach sand on a resin pyramid how can you make that layer smooth on the outside when it’s finished? Is there anyway of adding a layer of sand but still having resin on the outer layer to prevent the sand from being on the outside and making it rough to touch?

Because if you just pour sand in resin and fill in the layer surely it won’t be smooth as the other layers with just pigment in them? Help any advice? Thanks
