Alternatively, you can video call him or send him pictures of the parts. Of course, this will take longer, but it is one of the alternatives. Unfortunately, I don’t have any auto experts in my family, so I was on my own looking for a parts store, and I picked out a door handle for myself at T1A Auto http://www.t1aauto.com/collections/exterior-handles . I’m lucky they have their offline store in Nevada or I would have picked the wrong thing online. I told the managers about my car and they showed me options that fit my 2010 Ford Focus. I even got a 24-month warranty, which I wasn’t expecting at all, I didn’t think there was a manufacturer’s safety net on these products.
