This request comes through email by Antonio:

      Hello

i am from germany, so sorry my english is not the best

i saw all of your videos on you tube. very good and helpful. thank you soo much.

but i have i question to ask and i hope you might can help me, because you get every day 1000 of questions but i really dont know who to ask
i want to make plugs, its for the ears
      i send you this picture

      i have everything
      the plugs
      the printer
      the fotopaper
      the plotter
      the resin( i mix myself)

its all good, but most of the resin gets into the paper and lift the paper inside the resin up
i saw your video how to seal the paper before put the resin on the paper
but this round paper pieces are very small like 10mm or 12mm or 14mm and so on. oh sorry in inch would be like 0.393700787 inches or 0.472440945 inches or 0.551181102 inches and so on

so when i put the glue on the paper its to small,
      so my big question
is there no other way to seal it or that the paper stay in the plug
in some tries i worked but most not. i also see that the resin gets in the paper and the colour of the paper fades out

      what do you think?
      thank you soooo much

ps. you have some good tools on your website:)))

      Hi Antonio,

I would suggest adding a layer of glue to the bottom of your plugs when applying the paper.  Press firmly and this should keep your papers on the bottom.

I agree with Katherine. Use some glue to hold the paper down.

However make sure the glue is completely dry before adding your resin to avoid the resin from clouding.
