I make jewelry out of beer cans using alcohol ink I need something that would cure rarely quickly that won’t react with the alcohol ink. I would like it to add stability to the piece as well as protect my color and have a glossy shine.
It would be nice if it would be cured in 12-24 i have tried a coup of the UV setting ones and they stayed tacky for several days even with the lamp.. I have had the best results so far with Ice Resin but it took 48 hours to set. I was told the thiner the layer i use the longer it will take to set is that true. I also need something that won’t react with alcohol ink. I’m hoping you can help me. Thank you for your time.
Tia
Yes, thinner layers require longer to cure. I’m afraid I don’t know of a clear doming resin that will be completed cured in 12 hours under these circumstances.
