I currently use ice resin but have had a faulty batch of resin and now I am searching for something more reliable. I create keepsake jewellery so quality is a big issue. It must be super clear, easy to remove bubbles, not yellow with time and produce a glossy/shiny finish. Does anyone how resin obsession resin weighs up against ice resin?
Hi D, the biggest difference I can share with you is that the Resin Obsession super clear resin is designed to be used in something that has ‘sides’, like a mold or bezel. It is not suitable for a doming resin. This is because the super clear resin mixes in a very thin viscosity. The good news about that is bubbles are almost never a problem! The super clear resin also mixes as two parts A to one part B. Otherwise, they are both alike in that they cure clear and are designed to be jewelry quality resins.
