Is slightly sticky resin safe?

      I’m not a resin crafter yet (just bought my first set of raw dice and am hoping to start making dice after I graduate) but I bought a set of finished dice a while ago. I’ve noticed that sometimes the dice will stick to each other or other dice. They don’t feel sticky when I hold them, and they don’t stick very strongly to my other dice, just for a few seconds. None of my other resin dice do this. Are these safe to keep using? If not is there anything I can do about this? I really love these dice and they were pretty expensive so I don’t want to have to get rid of them but I’m worried that they might not be safe if the resin isn’t fully cured.
