I’m sorry to read the frustration in your message. Unfortunately, resin can be tricky sometimes.
Art Resin is not meant for casting and is only meant for pours of 1/8 inch or less. What I suspect is happening is that you are mixing too much resin at once, then pouring it too deep in the mold. This gets things too hot and can make the mold melt into the resin. I’m afraid that once you pull the cured resin out of the mold, putting it back in the mold to do more pours doesn’t work very well.
