Hi folks. How can I create dimples in my resin on purpose? I’d love to reproduce the picture at the top of this blog post with lots of dimples: https://resinobsession.com/resin-frequently-asked-questions/why-does-my-epoxy-have-dimples/

Any ideas? Since resin is self-leveling, no matter what I try, it just smoothes out as it cures.

Just to clarify, I want to make dimples, not get rid of them 😉

Hi Mar,

The easiest way is to use silicone oil (like in hair serum). You can spray or drip it on your resin while it’s wet.
