Need to seal epoxy/resin table?

      I recently expoxy’d an ikea table top that I had covered with terrazzo contact paper. It came out amazing for my first time using epoxy, but I’m worried about placing plates/cups on the table. Should I seal the epoxy with something that will create an even harder surface?

      Hi Molly,

      I’m afraid there isn’t anything to seal your resin with to make it harder. The big thing to know is not to put anything very hot on the surface.

      Use a polyurethane top coat!
