I want to embed a palm sized plaster form in water clear polyurethane resin without it touching the sides. I will have to initially suspend my object and do two separate pours to achieve this. My question is can I cast this in two stages in a pressure chamber? And will there be a visible line?

While you can cast this in two layers with a pressure chamber, you will see a line.
