I have done a beautiful piece and used resi blast. Because the piece had dips from the resi blast, I cleaned the piece with alcohol and lightly sanded it. Then I poured another coat and it made holes in the resin. It just would not adhere to the areas where the resi blast was used. How do I resolve this problem.
I know we talked about this by email, but I wanted to leave an answer here for others who are interested.
I like to wipe my greasy spots with baby wipes and allow to dry. If the divot is more than 1/8 inch deep, I will fill those spots with resin and allow to cure before recoating the entire piece.
