I live in Spain and ordered an epoxy resin kit to make jewellery (my first time). I have just opened it up and the resin is rock hard, is this because I’m in Spain and its been so hot that it has hardened? Is there an alternative resin I can use that will keep? Any ideas?

I want to make jewellery in bezels and moulds so am aware there are two types of resin to use but want to know what I can do to preserve it.

      Many thanks

      Hi Amanda,

That’s really strange! I don’t have an answer for you on why this happened. Resin Obsession is located in Florida (also hot!) and I can’t say I’ve ever had this problem — unless the resin is old.

Have you contacted the manufacturer for help?
