After I finish a master cast resin art piece I often find that what has dripped onto my plastic sheeting is beautiful. Does anyone have a way to cut these left behind pieces into jewelry? When I have tried to cut it using scissors It cracks or breaks in unexpected ways.

I agree with you! Have you tried cutting it in the soft cure stage? It will be rubbery and do better with scissors.
