I dont have any experience with polymer clay, but it sounds like the resin is reacting to something in it. (almost like oil and water) My best suggestion is for you to coat the polymer clay with a couple of light coats of our resin gloss sealer spray. https://resinobsession.com/ItemPage/5510/CastinCraft-Gloss-Resin-Sealer-Spray-760-UPS-Ground-Shipping.html I have used it to coat other items that I was worried would react with the resin, and it worked well.
I am trying to set cured polymer clay in resin, and the end result looks like the resin is pulling away from the clay, creating an additional layer that looks like a pocket of air between the clay and the resin. Any idea what could be causing this or how to avoid it?
Ill also attempt to post a picture so you can see what Im trying to describe. Any insight would be helpful, thanks!
