Sticks to Shellac ?

      I am new to resin. Did a cast using Easy cast a few weeks ago. When I left the cured and harden resin on Shellac coated table overnight. It sticked on the table and seems like it is melted the shellac.
      Any idea what went wrong with my cured resin ?

      Did the resin get warm?

      Hi Katherine,
      It is at room temperature around 28 C. Is this happened when warm / hot ? What type of surfaces and materials shall I avoid ? Does it help with a coat of wax ?

        Yes, try a coat of wax. Renaissance wax is what I like to use on jewelry.
