Using Colorants & Resin from Different Brands

      I am purchasing some Resin Obsession resin and colorants, however, I really want a transparent black and there isn’t one in the RO line. Could I use the Alumilite Liquid Pigment transparent dye with the Resin Obsession resin?

      Hi Meag,

      I have used the Alumilite black with the Resin Obsession super clear resin and haven’t had any problems. You should know though, that it will come out opaque. Unfortunately, I’m not aware of any transparent black colors for resin.
