Starting to make earrings out of open back bezels (that I plan to put dried flowers or sparkles in) lost on if I need to be using expoxy or UV.

Do I need to put clear expoxy cure and then add my extras and then seal?
Or I just use straight expoxy or just UV
Please help I’m very lost
