Hi,
I need a plastic like a toothbrush, that will flex and snap back, but if you bend it harder, will adopt a bend. I will have to put it into a mold. I will have to make a mold. It will be similar in size and shape, to a paperclip. What do you suggest?

Hi William,

In the past, I’ve molded acrylic sheet (plexiglass) with a heat gun. You might be able to form it enough to get the shape you need.
