      Hi everyone,
I’m new to this forum, this site AND to Resin in general!
A couple of months ago I made myself a couple of resin pendents with using a printed design that my daughter in law (who is a graphic designer) and everything turned out so beautifully that a friend asked if I could make her the same pendent. I went about using exactly the same method…e.g. sealing the bezel with mod podge matte, several times, then sealing the printed designed, front and back and once dry I poured into the bezel epoxyglass coating system resin. what turned out beautifully for me was the not the case for my friend as the printed design bled and not just once but several times over – what have I done wrong? Can someone please advise me, it would be much appreciated.

      Kind regards
      Cecilia

Are you using an inkjet printer for your images? I never have good luck with them and find they bleed even after sealing with glue. Now I use a color laserjet printer and everything comes out great. Unfortunately, they are much more expensive than inkjets. If you have a print shop in you area, they can likely print these for you on a laserjet for a few dollars.
