GuestI noticed many neighbors installing new cameras. When I asked, they said they use solar ones. I’m curious why this is becoming so popular.

GuestI had the same reaction. For years everyone was talking about complex security systems with cables everywhere. It felt more “professional.” But then I started thinking about the installation. Drilling walls. Running wires through the attic. Paying an electrician. It turns into a whole project. Not everyone wants that kind of hassle, especially for basic home monitoring.

GuestThat’s exactly why I switched. My old system worked fine, but adding extra cameras was too complicated. I didn’t want more wiring or higher bills. So I tried a solar camera for the side yard where it’s hard to reach with cables. Installation took almost no time. No drilling. No mess. It charges during the day and just works. For normal home use, it’s honestly enough. I think people are choosing simpler solutions now. If something is easy to install and doesn’t add stress, it just makes sense.
