Why are my castings dull?

      This question comes through email by Carolyn:

      When I pour resin for jewelry and add silver or gold pigment, the product comes out looking dull.  what am I doing wrong?

      Carolyn,

      Do you have this same problem with the resin when you dont use the metal powder?  Can you attach a picture?
