Just wonderin’, I’m still in the experimental stage of casting and I was wondering if inkjet printer ink will bleed if introduced to resin? the reason for my question is I’m experimenting with transparency film (for color ink) as a medium to print on and it works well when sealed with tape but the tape edges are visible. before wasting any more resin I wanted to know if the ink will run if not sealed. any thoughts? aside from that the film works well (albeit a bit pricey), perhaps a new technique worth a mention? one thing about the film though, being transparent you have no white back round for the images so a translucent white layer in the back was needed. thanks for any tips. Yes, ink jet printer ink will run if not sealed.
