multi colors in 1 mold

I just started working with resin about a month ago. I have a few questions….  u taught me how to mix my colors.. but say I have a hello Kitty mold, what if I want the bow and the head 2 different colors, how do I do that? Do I pour the resin in the bow part 1st, then wait an hour or two and then pour the other color in for the head? Or do I just do the whole mold 1 color, then paint it after it has cured with acrylic paint? Also if I want red, white and blue in a mold, how do I do the different colors in one mold , using stickers, so u can still see the stickers thru the colored resin? Do I pour a little layer of clear first, then put the stickers and then use the colored resin. Because I have seen people use green resin, but I see those multicolored beads (used on overrun for toppings) in it, but the beads still look good, they dont look green, like the resin. Or the use alphabet beads in colored resin, but the beads stay white instead of the color resin they use. Have u ever worked backwards? I mean, I have a coaster mold. I put a thin layer of clear resin, then put bottle caps face down then pour clear resin on top of that. But some people pour the resin in, then put the bottle caps in facing up, and after it has cured, they dome it.  When do u know to dome pieces?? But I would love to learn how to use different colors in one mold without the colors mixing together , creating an ugly uniform color. Please help me.. I love your work. U are AMAZING. I consider u an artist! U are great. So also just let me know how I can embed objects when using color resin, so u can still see and make our what my objects or stickers are in the colored resin. Unless I put clear in first, then put the objects in and pour the colored resin on top of that after it has cured.  Thank u sooooooooooo much!
