so I had an idea while I’m a total beginner and will need to practice.
I want to take a western buckle using a blank buckle with raised edge add thin metal jewelry charms and want to line edge with chain. I’m thinking it’s like the bezel jewelry just bigger.
should I glue all charms down then cover with epoxy to seal? I have sigwan craft epoxy or should I get the doming or uv?
any tips would help also thinking about trying conchos to put on a belt any help would be truly appreciated.

      Hi Mallory,

What a fun project! By gluing the charms down, they won’t move when pouring the resin.

For a project like this, yes a doming resin is the way to go. This is the one I would use: https://shop.resinobsession.com/products/resin-obsession-crystal-doming-epoxy-resin-jewelry-grade
