Applying glow in the dark powder to a tennis ball

In this case, resin would not be a good choice as it likely won’t be flexible enough for what you want to do. Our day glow powders (https://shop.resinobsession.com/collections/colorants/products/day-glow-in-the-dark-powder-for-resin) can be mixed with paint however. Maybe there is a flexible paint out there that could work??
