I have a technical question. I tried to cover „bottle caps“ for wine bottles with resin which works really well. They are made out of glass and I cover them with resin. When you put them in the fridge my resin retracts a little and this leaves nasty stripes. Do you know if there is a sort of resin that supports lower temperatures in connection with glass?
Likely what is happening here is that as the glass changes temperature, it is expanding and contracting, which is causing it to split away from the resin. Those stripes are probably air pockets between the resin and glass. Unfortunately, I would expect all resins to do this.
