I am planning out a project at the moment that will require some heat sources. I was curious if the resin is flammable after it cures and if it is also heat resistant. Thank you very much.
The best advice I can give you is to check the specific product’s safety data sheet (SDS) where it discusses flammability in a couple of different sections.
As for heat resistance, it’s hard to say. For example, some cured resins can take the heat of a hot coffee mug while others cannot. I have also seen resin within a metal bezel setting melt if left in the hot sun.
