My molds seemśð to come out just fine with the aid of a heat gun. I got several molds for “hair sticks” or shawl sticks and they do well with the exception of the small bubbles along the edges I cannot get to pop or come out even with the heat gun, warming the resin, warning the molds – I’m at a loss here. Any suggestions?

I’ve used both ICE Resin and Easy Cast. Both give me troubles on the long edges on the sticks. Smaller molds I have no problem getting the bubbles out, it’s just those long lines for some reason giving me fits. LOL

Both of those are doming resins, which means they mix thicker than casting resins. Bubbles are always a bear with those!
Have you considered the Resin Obsession super clear resin? It mixes in a thin viscosity making it much easier for bubbles to escape. You can buy it in several sizes here: https://shop.resinobsession.com/collections/resin/resin-obsession-super-clear-resin
