Of course I realize that they are also people, but still not simple. Personally, it seems to me that they have their own personal repair crews or a special button, when pressed, a trained person comes and directs the whole process. What do you think?

My opinion is a little different – they definitely have a butler or house manager who takes care of all the household issues. I doubt that if a pipe leaks, they will sit quietly on the couch and mind their own business while a special home restoration company takes care of it. I think you know that JLo, Ben Affleck, Tom Hanks and so on have homes in Pacific Palisades, chances are they have used their services as well.
