So I moved from England to the USA. I’m sure the laws are different from state to state. I’ve been selling the unique watches for the past 7 years.

You are right regarding the demand on a lawyer advise. Although the financial markets are very well developed in both countries but there some differences in sources of capital and availabiliry sources.
