Glitter tumbler – cloudy lumps ?

Tried to resin my first white glitter tumbler – it came out very lumpy, and the lumps look cloudy, like you can’t see the true glitter in those spots. It’s not just the texture of the glitter, I know sometimes it requires sanding…but something definitely isn’t right about it. I’ve googled but can’t come up with an answer.
