Weak molecular bond in Polyester

      I am producing this sink (picture 1 and 2) but with water clear polyester only.
      The product took a lot of time to cure (6 – 7 hours), slightly elastic and highly fragile (i want it to be solid and tough).
      It seems that the molecular bond is very weak. How can i fix this?

      It is the nature of polyester resins to be brittle. Have you considered a polyurethane resin instead?
