How can I make my solid resin pieces look Matte

You can sand your pieces with wet/dry sandpaper to get a matte finish.  I would suggest starting with a 600 grit, then work your way down to a finer grit depending on how matte you want it to look.  The super fine sandpapers (1000 and greater) you should be able to find at an auto parts store.
