      Have you ever ordered the same product multiple times from an online store, only to find the quality changes between orders? I’ve noticed this a lot lately—same product listing, different experience. Is this common in e-commerce, or am I just unlucky?

      Yes, especially with kitchen gadgets and fitness gear. First order was perfect, second one looked like a knockoff. I’ve started screenshotting listings before I buy again, just in case there are changes. E-commerce is convenient, but definitely not always consistent when it comes to repeat purchases.
